OUR GUARANTEE: The MOZO® warranty applies to footwear less than six months old from date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. If a product is not deemed defective, it will be returned to you. Please enclose this form with your shoes you wish to return or exchange. You may use the original box and return UPS Label to ship the shoes back to MOZO. For returns, your credit card will be refunded the price of the shoes (less the original shipping fee).
