MOZO product may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact the original place of purchase for assistance with your return or exchange.
MOZO stands behind all products for both authorized dealer accounts and consumers.
Our authorized dealers will accept returns for products with material or workmanship flaws within 6 months of the date of purchase.
If you purchased a MOZO product from an authorized dealer (please visit www.mozoshoes.com for authorized dealer list), and the product has a material or workmanship flaw, please contact the place of purchase for return or exchange assistance.
MOZO understands dealers have their own specific return policies so if you are unable to return an item to the original place of purchase, you may still be able to receive service for the item directly through MOZO.
