Q: Are MOZO Shoes slip resistant?
A: Yes, our shoes have been tested by an independent laboratory on an independent surface, not submitted by MOZO. Our shoes pass the ASTM standard for slip-resistance. Check out our results, here!

Q: What are your business hours?
A. We are available to take your call anytime between 8:30am-5pm PST.  Or, please fill out our contact form to get in touch with us.


Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders ship within 24-48 hours (except Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays). We’re located in CA, so it will take anywhere between 1-5 business days to get to you via our standard shipping method – UPS Ground.

All UPS packages are delivered on business days only.

Q: What methods of payment does MOZO accept?
A: We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card.

Q: How can I request a return or exchange?
A: Please print off the return form (here). Please fill the form out, indicate your reason for return or exchange, and include your Order number. This number can be found on packing slip or referenced in your Order confirmation email. If you purchased your shoes through our website, you can use the pre-paid UPS Return label that came with your shoes.

If you cannot locate the pre-paid shipping label for your order, please contact the MOZO customer service team (866-684-1832).

Q: How long will my return take?
A: Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your shoes for your return to be processed.

Q: What should I do if my shoe does not fit correctly?
A. First, we recommend that you try out our TripleFit System by removing a shim for a wider fit or adding a shim for a tighter fit. If that doesn’t work, you will need to download our MOZO® Return form, and put this in the box when you ship your shoes back. Or, you can call our customer service line: 866.684.1832. We will be happy to answer any questions that you might have about your shoes.

Q: Does MOZO ship internationally or just in the US?
A. We are only shipping in the U.S. at this time, and we do not currently ship to other US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia).

Q: Can I use my custom orthotics with MOZO shoes?
A. MOZO® shoes provide extra depth to accomodate orthotics and custom footbeds.
