Q. Are MOZO® Shoes slip resistant?
A. Yes, our shoes have tested by an independent laboratory on an independent surface, not submitted by MOZO. Our shoes pass the ASTM standard for slip-resistance. Check out our results, here!
Q. How do I convert men’s and women’s shoe sizing?
A. Women’s shoes are made on a smaller last than our men’s shoes. Women can wear men’s shoes by converting their size to men’s by subtracting 1.5 from their numeric size. Example, if you are a women’s 10, you would try a men’s size 8.5.
Q. Does MOZO® ship internationally or just in the US?
Men can convert their size to a women’s size by adding 1.5 sizes to their numeric size. Example, if you are a men’s 7, you would try a women’s size 8.5.
A. We are only shipping in the U.S. at this time, and we do not currently ship to other US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia).
Q. Are your soles guaranteed not to slip?
A. We want to be clear; no sole is 100% slip proof! Although our shoes provide the best slip-resistance in the industry, we also recommend that you utilize proper floor maintenance to achieve maximum traction and reduce your slip and falls.
Q. Do you have anybody there that speaks Spanish?

Q. How much does shipping cost me?
A. If you order over $150, UPS Ground shipping is free! Otherwise, UPS Ground shipping will be $9.95. UPS 2-day shipping is $23.95 and UPS 1-day shipping is $39.95.

Q. How can I figure out my size?
A. MOZO® shoes run true to U.S. sizing standards. You will also find that the women’s last and men’s last are consistent across all of our products. We recommend that you get both of your feet measured at a shoe store near you. You should then order a pair of MOZO® shoes that corresponds to your larger foot size. Our Triple Fit system also allows you to adjust the volume on the inside of your shoes by ½ a size.
Q. Should I add ½ a size to my normal shoe size?
A. The MOZO® toe box is wider than most other companies, and it mirrors the shape of your foot. Both of these components combined result in better fitting shoes, and we do not recommend that you add ½ a size to your measured feet size.
Q. What should I do if my shoe doesn't fit correctly?
A. First, we recommend that you try out the Triple Fit System to see if you can adjust the fit. If that doesn’t work, you will need to download our MOZO® Return form, and put this in the box when you ship your shoes back. Or, you can call our customer service line: 866.684.1832. We will be happy to answer any and all questions that you might have about your shoes.
Q. Can I buy the Triple Fit System separately?
A. MOZO® does not sell its insole or Triple Fit system separately at this time.
Q. When should I see a credit for returned shoes?
A. You can expect 5-10 business days for us to process your return and put the money back on your credit card once we have received your shoes at our warehouse.
Q. Can I get MOZO® Shoes in a retail store?
A. MOZO® has a retail relationship with Foot Solutions retail chain. Check out the website: www.footsolutions.com to find a store closest to you. Please note that not all Foot Solutions stores carry MOZO® products so we recommend that you call them to find out if they do.
Q. Can my MOZO® Shoes be resoled?
A. The Spider Traction: Self-Cleaning and Max shoes can be re-soled. MOZO® does not sell its outsoles separately, but you can take your shoes to a local cobbler and they can put on a sole that they have. Please note that this outsole might not be slip-resistant.
Q. Can I use my custom orthotics with MOZO® Shoes?
A. MOZO® shoes are custom orthotic compatible. Simply take out the insole and then slip in your own orthotic!
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving it in our system.
